Not to mention that I am not able to download large files, for simple tasks like browsing and e-mailing, I have to hit the try again or refresh button a couple of times before reconnected. It is too annoying to stay online with this service standard.|||What kind of connection do you have? I've been using sympatico high speed for a few years now with no problems.
The problem may also be that your computer lacks resources, i.e. not enough RAM or disk space; too many processes running; temporary files, history %26amp; cookies not being cleared regularly.
If you have the basic dsl then your bandwidth would be limited.
You would need to provide a little more information.
