I want to know where i can find this in MA general laws. a service cannot charge me without giving me a service or item in return|||If they promised a service in return for payment it would be civil breach of contract at best and fraud at worse.
If someone just sent you a bill for something you nether requested nor want just ignore it. If they debited your bank or credit card call the bank and reverse it.
