What are th benefits we get in duration of EARN/PAID leave?do we get perks like service charge in that?

i am working in restaurant chain,want to use my paid leave now so want to ask that whether we get our weekly off,tips,service charge during leave?in my view we should get these perks bcoz these r earned leaves,looking for a legal answer 4m any HR person.|||The only legally controlled part of your compensation is the hourly wage. You would not receive tip shares during an absence because someone else is working in your place, so they get it.
