Are you in favor of the proposed lowering/pegging of service charge by restos by 3% instead of customary 10%?

Restos/hotels are charging clients/customers by 10-15% service charge mandatorily, aside from the tips, so a proposed bill by Cong. Magtanggol T. Gunigundo has proposed a measure to limit the imposition of service charges. what do you think?|||Definitely not in favor. This would mean that those working in hotels and restaurants would earn less. These jobs are too often the lifeblood of less fortunate families. Woman with children, who have little education are often in these positions and this change would hurt them immensely. Still today, although not very rewarding intellectually, these jobs are well paying occupations that allow our society to survive with more dignity and decency than otherwise. Those who attend these establishments are more often than not, pretty well off in life. Why would we push, once again, in favor of the rich and take from the poor. It's outrageous!
