Tipping: If a 18% service charge is added to your services?

is that considered a tip? do people normally tip in addition to the service charge? That seems like a lot.|||I certainly would consider it a tip and wouldn't pay a penny more! Businesses have some nerve charging a tip no matter what kind of service they provide. That is the epitome of arrogance and adds no incentive for the employee to do a great job if the tip is built in.|||Watch out for places that put a mandatory tip on your bill. Hell yeah that's a tip. Unless you got a pedicure while dining I'd say the tip is taken care of in the bill already.
