Federal Universal Service Charge on cell phone bill keeps going up ?

My cell phone bill always has these bogus miscellaneous charges that were steady for a while and now have gone up.





First one is called the Federal Universal Service charge which has gone up quite a bit and my state sales tax went up by a penny as well. Most people don't pay attention to your bill but i see that the carriers try to rob each customer by overcharging them these bogus charges.





Has anybody else noticed this ?|||universal charge is money teh fcc lets cell providers bill you for tower maintence and upgrades and ect.... And all the taxes are decided by the fcc based on your usage so its no conspirecy|||not too much we can do about it!
