Will my nationwide cell service charge roaming/fees in Puerto Rico?

I have ATT nationwide cell phone service, is Puerto Rico considered a part of the nationwide calling range? Will I be charged extra for using it in Puerto Rico?|||No, its part of the AT%26amp;T national gsm network|||Usually, only the 48 connected states are counted as nationwide.








Puerto Rico would cost whatever AT%26amp;T's international rate is for that country.
