This is the first time I've ever had satellite tv. Recently, I've completely lost signal, and they want to charge me to come out to see what the problem is. If I had caused the problem and it was my fault, maybe I could see being charged....but for things out of my control, this seems ridiculous to me.
I haven't had cable either for a while....are they charging for service calls now too?|||Yes, they do. Nothing is free anymore. Very few tv stations sends signal over the air anymore, cable and disk network is the only way to get tv and if you have problems they charge you. Just one more way they can get your hard earned cash from your pocket.|||yes they do
